Spark by Hilton Colorado Springs I 25 Central

I am the person who looks for CLEANLINESS and comfortable beds! The room was super clean, and the bed and pillows are amazing (not too soft and not too firm) As far as paint and the look of the hotel, yes, it could’ve been painted better. It’s definitely an older hotel but the rooms are updated. The staff was amazing and it was super clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable so I will be back.

Easy access off of I-25. Parking was a little bit of a headache, but the room was very clean and easy to find. Super comfortable bed, with clean bathroom and shower. My room also had a small fridge and microwave. You could hear doors from adjacent rooms when they closed though. If you are a light sleeper and visiting, I would turn the TV on for an added ambiance/white noise through the night.

Room was ok. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The door didnt seal well and you could see bright light from the hallway all around the door. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Some people were blaring their music and tvs at a fairly early hour and it was very loud in the hallway. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. There was no fruit at all and nothing hot. Just bagels, cereal, stuff like that. I did really appeciate the 24/7 coffee bar. Overall I felt like it was a fairly good value for what we paid (nightly rate is very reasonable).

Clean hotel with warm dipping pool. Adequate breakfast with only protein item being cold hard boiled eggs. Friendly staff who got me a new container of lotion. Quiet at night, and thermostat kept room comfortable. Bed comfortable. No odors. Great value with staff who cares about keeping things clean.

This Hilton does things right! At a slow time of year they rather lower their rates and be full than be greedy and have an empty hotel. Their room are clean, spacious, and warm. The bathroom was extremely clean with everything one could want. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap and plenty of towels! Their contentail breakfast was more than enough with great bagels to include butter and several types of cream cheese. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. There is plenty of parking, the location is great. The pool hours are long and it's a nicely heated pool. Now let's talk price! Way beyond fair and reasonable. Yes depending on the time of year it changes. I will stay when I need to be in the Springs and know im safe and made to feel very welcome. I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has such low reviews. For $56 - $60 a night, this place exceeded expectations. Yes, it’s basic, but it’s clean, safe, comfortable, and well run, which is exactly what you want at this price point. Every staff member i interacted with was friendly, kind, and helpful, and the hotel itself was very clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I stayed here for four days with my daughter after her surgery, and we were in the room most of the day. Despite what some reviews say, we did not find it noisy at all, it was quiet enough for her to rest and recover. I will say the doors are loud when neighbors go in and out. For the price, this hotel is a great value; clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, and genuinely kind staff. If you’re looking for an affordable place, this is it. Would absolutely stay again.

Rooms were decent, pool was great, when calling to ask for extra towels they made us go down and get them ourselves, and the rooms were not sound proof, you hear EVERYTHING. Anas from the front desk was great! My daughter left her watch there and they held it long enough for me to retrieve it! Overall ok experience!

So I've usedthis hotel quite a few times due to my house, catching on fire, and needing someplace to stay. First off, if you're expecting me the hilton just because hilton is in the name, and you're going to be disappointed. Spark by hilton it used to be a hampton inn. They have done some good work to the rooms to make it nicer. For the price, it's actually a real nice hotel. Good beds, good tv's, overall everything's nice. Sure, the rooms aren't perfect.But even in a hotel that's $300 and five stars There'll be something wrong with them. The service was real good, i usually check-in around 11 or 12 at night. And they come sprite out and help me. I've been to other hotels where i've stood there for ten minutes, and no one's even come. Location is nice, right off interstate twenty five. Bright, next to a couple restaurants and a gas station. Would I stay there again. Obviously I would since i've stayed there numerous times already.
